    Code) and a federally recognized tribe eligible for a loan from the                                                         
    Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund; relating to loans                                                             
    from the Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund; and                                                                  
    relating to the annual report published by the Alaska Housing                                                               
    Finance Corporation."
